Last-minute changes are common in the construction world, and companies that can roll with those alterations can save clients a lot of time and money. When WCS took over the erection of a partially completed steel building on the Husky project, they started with 15 field workers. When Husky asked WCS to ramp up the scheduling, we responded by more than doubling the workforce—processing and transporting the additional crew to the jobsite in less than two weeks. We’ve had as many as 40 workers on this project during peak construction, which is a great example of our workforce versatility.
